I don't think Exim supports the WHOSON daemon by default yet, but
assuming you're using RADIUS with the iPass vnas daemon then adding
hooks for WHOSON in your radiusd and in Exim will probably be the best
solution....

(there's WHOSON support already integrated into Smail, if you're looking
for more ideas on ways to integrate it into Exim)
(the other obvious solution of course is to require roaming customers to
use authenticated SMTP over TLS....)
