I shudder to think about how bad someone's filters have to be, such that
the mail which I'm following up to could be rejected as having an
attachment which had to be filtered. There are a lot of key words,
which might cause problems, but none of the text should have looked
sufficiently like the MIME constructs used to actually mark attachments.

not to SMTP Envelope Sender. Please fix.

Hrm. You know, if using the system filters, you can generate the reply
with the "fail" keyword. That will take care of a lot of the issues for
you.
