[Exim] Sending Email from Localhost

Greetings,

I am still using Exim 3.35, But trying to upgrade to 4,02

I have the following problem when sending Email from the Localhost to a
user.
Using RedHat.
Using the mail pboucher@??? command It gives me the error in
/var/log/messages

SYSERR(root) MX list for robotel.ca. point back to mail.robotel.ca: no
such file or directory

Honestly i don't know where to begin looking.. Can somebody point me
someplace to look ?
