Spasibo Bolshoye, tovarich... it works beautifully.

Only one thing I had to do - with freebsd's cyrus port, was to chown
/var/pwcheck to mailnull:mail instead of cyrus:cyrus, which was how the
cyrus sasl port on freebsd 4.5 installed it.
