If you did this with a mailing list program, such as Mailman, you'd only
have to do it once, to a list.
My experience is, that depending on your available bandwidth, a single
processor Pentium 500 MHz or higher machine running exim and Mailman can
easily cope with 100,000 reasonably-sized mailings per day.
