I guess this is a feature request.
Currently, if you use domain names in host_reject, sender_unqualified_hosts,
and several other tables, there is no single way to exclude an ip address
from reverse lookups. To exclude the host from reverse lookup, you have to
be sure that it's IP address is in every table that contains host names (in
lew of ip addresses).
Can I suggest an additional configuration option "trusted_hosts" that can
contain a list of IP addresses that never perform reverse dns on them, and
exclude them from any other host tests? This would essentially be a list of
hosts that are always trusted for incoming/outcoming/and relaying.
I understand that if you don't use any domain names in your host tables,
then the reverse dns lookup can be turned off easily, but in my case, I want
to be able to include some wildcard host entries in some of my tables.
