Correct. It is "experimental" inasmuch as it is a new facility. When
people have some experience of it, maybe there are further tweaks that
could be added. However, I'm not personally convinced that limiting the
data will be all that helpful.

I can't think of an easy way of doing this. I can think of a "hacky"
way, which should work (but I haven't tried it):

Use a cunning expansion in smtp_ratelimit_hosts to do your own RBL
lookup, using the dnsdb lookup type and a regular expression to invert
the IP address.
