[Exim] Please Help

Hai Guys,
I am running FreeBSD and exim-3.32 as a mail server and i wanted to know
how to restrict specific users from sending out mails more that
1000bytes. Since there are lot of people leaking companies information
thru mails.
Please give me a solution on this, as i wanted to do this asap
