Searching the Exim 3 FAQ with a text editor for "users" produced this
within 60 seconds:
Q5017: I would like to restrict e-mail usage for some users to the local
machine, ideally on a group basis.
The Exim 4 FAQ has a keyword-in-context index for its HTML version, so
in theory it is even easier to search.
However, this query has discovered a bug in the indexing process, since
"users" doesn't appear in the KWIC index. That's something I'll have to
fix.
Anyway in both cases, you end up at the answer A9802 in the FAQ.
