Perhaps, if they know more about your system.
Which signal is "signal 15" on your OS?
Methods which might help you find out:
$ kill -l
$ less /usr/include/sys/signal
$ man -a signal
Or failing that, "uname -a" and ask.
On many systems, 15 is SIGTERM. Which is a signal only normally sent by
the 'kill' command. Did you or another admin kill any Exim processes?
