I just went over your list and even though this is a great list, I'd
like to point out one server on your list...mail.ru
I've been using mail.ru for about 3(or 4) years now, and they have an
excellent staff and a rather strict abuse policy.
In addition to your list, these domains below are also spammers:

*.netlead.com.au
To block the dial-up spam, I use this:
