APNIC != Asia. "Asia Pacific Network Information Centre". Includes
places such as Australia.

Given that the first poster is following English-language open-source
lists, dropping Oz mails is perhaps less than optimal. Dropping Oz
mails without even knowing it, because someone's made false claims about
what their filter does, is surely undesirable.

But hey, if you really like ghettos, or simply don't care about the
consequences of your actions and don't like taking responsibility,
that's your choice. Segment away. Help create an Internet Apartheid.
Enough lemmings, and who needs mysterious conspiracies to screw the
world?
