But only MySQL and PostgreSQL (Exim 3) plus Oracle (Exim 4). It doesn't
have MSQL support, because nobody has asked for it. Indeed, I only
recently because aware of the existence of MSQL.

1. It would probably not be too hard for somebody who is familiar with
programming for MSQL to take the code for MySQL and hack it around to
provide an MSQL interface. Is this a project worth doing? How widely is
MSQL used?

2. How hard would it be for you to convert to MySQL?
