Hmm...I have no entries at all that look like that (with the RBL in the log
entry) I remember we used to have entries that indicated RBL refusals.

What else could I have enabled/disabled to stop this. the domains all
specifiy /reject and I have these lines commented out

# rbl_reject_recipients = false
#rbl_warn_header

and these specified

recipients_reject_except = /usr/pkg/etc/exim/recipients_reject_except
recipients_reject_except_senders =
/usr/pkg/etc/exim/recipients_reject_except_s$

any ideas?

Thank you so so much for answering my first questions.

Frank

Entries in your mainlog and rejectlog look like:

2002-03-14 12:07:31 recipients refused from [150.187.98.18] (RBL
relays.ordb.org)
2002-03-14 12:07:44 recipient <recipient@???> refused from
(alcant.alcaldia-de-caracas.gov.ve) [150.187.98.18]
sender=<marketopt476@???> (failed to find host name from IP
address)
