${tod_full} ... same as my own ... I spy a race condition. Race
conditions are the "right" way to do something? Or does that mailer not
provide the time of day in the banner? I think that it was conversation
on exim-users which turned me to the dark side ^W^W^W^W^W^W convinced me
that letting people check for time offsets was a good thing.

Of course, given that, I might as well just enable the daytime service
...
