I have a problem with retry time error.
At some undefined time, exim begin to bounce every messages directly and
write in mainlog the following line for example:

But, the mail queue is empty. The retry rules are the default rules.
The only solution that I found was to stop and restart the exim server.
After that, all new messages are put in the mail queue and then I run 'exim
-Rff domain.in.mail.queue'. And only after that the situation was good. But
The server restart to bounce some hours after.
I use exim 3.12
