[Exim] local_scan logging

If local_scan rejects a message, does exim log _anything_ ?

I haven't triggered the local_scan function "log_write" thinking that
if exim rejects a connection it would at least log some sort of default.

I have not seen the spam in my logs that I wrote local_scan to block
but neither have I seen any rejection messages. Do I need to trigger
"log_write" manually?
