[Exim] Open relay solved

Hi All,

Thanks for all the responses and advice!

It now turnsout that my ISP's software that checks for open relays
sometimes gets it wrong, it assumes that is a response to rcpto to doesnt
come back in a certain amount of time, that its been accepted. They have now
unblocked my block!

Thanks once again for all the advice though :)
