[Exim] local_scan syntax

I don't see any config samples for the local_scan() function.

Altho section 38 of the spec describes what's available, it would sure
be handy to see a tiny example with respect to examining header lines
and message body for us less that comfortable with the task.

Philip would you consider adding a couple of short examples to the Spec?

Could someone provide *me* a short example of just how to cycle thru
the header lines?
