More interestingly, the ident authentication sometimes fails (possibly due
to Exim 4 using setuid?). It works with exim -bv but not with exim -bt. It
looks like Exim might be still running as root, whereas my old Exim 3
would have been euid 42 (exim). I can fix this at the pgsql end in an ugly
hacky way, but maybe there's a more beautiful solution. Hmmm...
