Well, I didn't think people would want to do an actual callout to the
remote host in question (might take many minutes), and I was too lazy to
fudge it so that it "called out" to the testing user. In the Wish List,
in the section on "things that didn't make it into Exim 4" there is this
item:
. -bh testing: when callout occurs, don't skip, but fake a callout to the
testing human.
One day I may get there...
