According to RFC 2822, which Greg says is flat out wrong on other points
so it probably is on this one too, blocks of resent-* headers MUST always
be added at the top, so that the most recent instance of resending is
located first.

So if I'm following Greg's reasoning correctly, he believes that you should
choose a reply address in this order:

First Resent-reply-to: you find, starting at the top.
Failing that, the first Resent-from: you find, starting at the top.
Failing that, the Reply-to: (should only be one).
Failing that, the From: (should only be one).
And if all else fails, reply to the envelope sender.

And if you wind up using Resent-from: or From: you must reply to ALL the
addresses found there.

He makes some good arguments, but so do other folks so I'm sticking with
replying to the envelope sender while I continue to research it.
