[Exim] Exim-4.00: Option queue_only_file

In exim-3.xx there exist 2 prefixes in front of the filename of the option
"queue_only_file" ("smtp" or "remote"); "remote" corresponds to
"queue_remote_domains" and "smtp" to "queue_smtp_domains".

But in the docs of exim-4.00 I see the prefix "smtp", but the other
prefix ("remote") is omitted.

Forgotten in the docs or prohibited to use?
