Debian ships a nifty utility called lire that will analyse exim log
files. I'm not positive how reliable it is since it routinely discards
about 70% of the entries as bogus (it may be correct), and the report is
not in HTML, but plain text. It is, however, very slick, it may be
configurable to output HTML, but even if not, a quick and dirty perl
script should be able to spit out some HTML and GD generated images.
