Subject: [Exim] reverse aliases
EHLO,
I'm new to this ML, i enjoy exim as on a dialup connection.
I'm having trouble with some MUA like mutt:
my smart domain is free.fr for exim
in my local domain, i'm ben@guinness but on the internet,
i'm brouits@???. so, in my .muttrc, i set:
set from = brouits@???
unfortunately, mutt persists to put From: ben@...
so, on /etc/exim.conf, i put a filter:

remote_smtp:
   driver = smtp
      headers_remove = "sender"
      transport_filter = "/usr/bin/outfilt"

where outfilt replaces "From:" field.
This is ok..
but i would like to know if there exists something like a reverse.alias
such as /etc/aliases which could allow me to improve my /usr/bin/outfilt.
i'd prefer to use something standard than a /etc/custom.reverse_aliases

are there some ehing done yet for that ?
BEn
