Exim normally doesnt pay any attention to any headers when receiving
mail by SMTP, it uses the recpients specified by "RCPT TO:" .
That said, if you mean that *all* mail sent to this server should go to
one box, look into the smartuser director.
Either that, or an aliasfile with lsearch*, and an aliasfile of:
*: onemailbox
