I've just had a major mail-server outage, so I got a machine to spool
stuff to batchsmtp, which I was then going to reintegrate. When I came
to reintegrate the spool, on reading the messages, I discovered that it
had integrated the UUCP From line in the data. OK. So I should have
checked first, but I'm thinking that a sensible default is that if you
are using batchsmtp in appendfile then it should default the prefix to
being the empty string.
I know, I didn't read the manual carefully enough, but this would seem
to be a sensible default.
