Make this '${lc::$local_part}', since a single ':' operates as list
separator. Or leave out the '${lc:} completely, since exim works
caselessly anyway (except when specified otherwise using for example
caseful_local_part)

I trapped on this while converting from Exim 3 to Exim 4, too.
