HI all I am having a wierd problem with suffixes. I get alot of errors like
these (I changed the addresses to keep spammers from harvesting them)

2002-02-19 11:28:26 16dCey-0005Z9-00 ** reallocal-suffiz@???
<root@???>: unknown local-part "reallocal-suffix" in domain
"mydomain.com"
2002-02-19 11:28:26 16dCey-0005Z9-00 Frozen (delivery error message)

Yet I can ssh to a machine outside my domain and _sometimes_ get the mail
to go through to the same reallocal-suffix@??? address.

I have "suffix = -*" and "suffix_optional" in my userforward director, and
have an entry in my .forward that guarantees a delivery of that address.
Also of note is that I have a couple other suffixes that work. I have that
I use for an "auto-responder" to reply with contact information and the
like. The only thing diff is that I stuck a "seen finish" in there cause I
don't want to get mails sent to that address.

Also of note is that I am using spamassassin and that the director that
handles that has nothing about the suffixes. Could this be the problem?
This intermittent issue is system wide, I have other users experiencing the
same problem.

I'm using exim 3.34 on debian.
