For Lewis, my exim.conf is attached. Delivers just fine to
/home/${local_part}/Maildir/ (for courier-imap). For the rest of you,
who no doubt don't want to see it, the list software will thankfully
strip it :-)

So I could just remove the folder_delivery and new_folder_delivery
transport...? Thanks. I didn't think that Exim can support maildir. I
browsed through the FAQS, nothing was mentioned....
