[Exim] exim filter for file like name= 1 .bat

Hi every body.

I've faced a problem with exim filter: it can not
get file in following format:
---------------------------------------------------------------
Content-Type: audio/x-midi;
        name=1  .bat
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-ID: <G79iLP4pm18N5>

----------------------------------------------------------------

if anybody knows how to change exim filter so that get
this kind of files, please send the solution to me.
I think the probles is the space between 1 and .bat
