I had a simmilar problem recently. I solved it by applying a director.
spamuser:
driver = localuser
condition = "${if def:h_X-Spam-Flag: {1}{0}}"
transport = spam_delivery
local_parts = me:you

spam_delivery will save the mails in a special folder (might as well be
/dev/null).
