I'm currently debugging our exim installation to see why, for certain
host(s), it hangs at certain points for a while. This is causing one
particular remote MTA to timeout (even though it apparently has timeouts
of 5 minutes). I think the problem is pretty much as suspected -
reverse DNS issues.
Is there any way to print timestamps against the debugging information
produced with the "-d" option. I can't see it in the specification, so
I suspect not. I guess I will have to rebuild and add it myself.
Would this be a sensible feature for version 4 (or more likely a 4.1
release)?
