I did it.
I used the following command:
/usr/local/exim/bin/exim -bd -q20m -d9 2> /var/log/exim/debug_output.txt

No.
I have attached the *entire* output now.
Changed the user name to "My.User" and his uid to hg00000.
The last sign of life from this message appears at line 603.
"localuser director succeeded for hg00000"
Previously exim said:
"queued for local_delivery transport: local_part=hg00000 domain=mailserv.fh-giessen.de"
But then the next message erupt.
