[Exim] pop_before_smtp

Can anyone please direct me to documentation on how to get the pop_before_smtp package to work with exim. I know this
package was originally written for postfix, but I was wundering if exim can read it's .db files to allow outgoing relaying
from thoes IPs.

Or does exim have an equivilent that will work with the cucipop pop3 daemon or any other pop3 daemon???

Any info would greatly be appreciated.
