You have it set to retry every hour, or for up to an hour?
Double check your retry rules.
Also, post _all_ of the log entries for message 16aZkE-0005FE-00
Also, try:
exim -d9 -v -M 16aZkE-0005FE-00 to see what its trying to connect to
(there appear to be about a dozen MX for that domain)
