Of course you would select another collection of RBL lists for this
function - that is why I noted only the known relay lists.

The actions that this function could do would include add a header, delete
locally or ...

This could be a procmail function but it seems that Exim could easily (?)
add this to the benefit of all the standard linux desktops (ie debian)
that use exim locally with fetchmail.
