Er, you missed the point, which was if you do Received: header checking,
and you check against the DUL, then you will get a positive hit even if
they *DO* use their ISP as a relay and are sending alegitimate message,
becuase presumably, their ISP will insert a Received: header as it
receives the message from them.

Using the RBL normally means you use the remote IP address of the socket
as its connecting to you. This is a reasonable item to truse, as this is
almost impossible to do, unless you are somehow abe to spoof BGP, which
is pretty rare.
