Er, yes, you still need an actual virus scanner such as Sophos or
McAfee. Exiscan and Amavis are simple sets of scripts that work with
Exim V3, to take messages from exim, pass them thru (Sophos, McAfee,
etc), and get them back into exim. The hooks in exim4 just replace those
scripts..
