Yes, that's right? So how can I fix this problem? Why people can't send
email to me, must I added them into relay-domains or how? But I think
receiving email is not a prohibited things? Why Exim rejected it by
default?
Please assist with the proper configuration file.

...and the MX for mantis96.org is not able to relay for that domain,
just for the records (relaying prohibited)
