[Exim] Problem with Relaying

Hi,

I'm just configure Exim and Mailman and find a problem, why some domain out
there can't send email to my domain? Is there any configuration needed? Or I
must add that domain in 'relay-domains' file?

FYI, 'hans@???' was already added into lists.

Here is the error I got from 'maillog' :

refused relay (host) to <stagmo@???> from <hans@???>
H=f36.law3.hotmail.com (hotmail.com) [209.185.241.36]
