Yes, Exim supports it directly, but it's tricky to do and it's a
poor-man's mailing-list. If you're needing to ask like this, then it's
_not_ the solution for you.
Run a proper mailing-list manager. For instance, MailMan or Majordomo.
There are entries in the Exim FAQ (available on the web-site,

http://www.exim.org/> which detail how to set up various mailing-lists
in combination with Exim.
