[Exim] Simple Spam Question

Right now I am limiting the number of connections and
number of recipients for my EXIM 3.22-14.1 server. I
wich to limit the total number of emails as a last
measure of security. In order to do this the Guide
states max_batch(smtp) _option_. Where does this entry
get made ? Thank You for any assistance you may offer.
