[Exim] filtering spam on server level

Heres what i want to do

modify the /etc/exim.conf file and add a line (or config, whatever you call it) so that it will filter any incoming mail to the
server

I have the list at /etc/spam.list and its located at
http://www.fpsn.net/anti-spam/spam_list.cgi


(in that format bascially)

What do i need to do and how can i get it done?
