AFAIK, you can't -- Exim doesn't speak MIME. If you want to do this,
you'll have to write a custom script to chop up the MIME message and
pull out the "main body". Be warned that MIME is more complex than you
think it is; lots of MIME messages don't even have what you think of as
a "main body".
