No.

As I said, you have to set up "verify_only" directors and routers that
do the check, and force a verification rejection. These routers and
directors will work only if you have receiver_verify turned on - because
otherwise they won't be called. It's messy and not totally
straightforward, and I don't have time to work out an example, I'm
afraid.

As I said, it's all much easier in Exim 4.
