[Exim] Exim System_Filter

Hi there,

how can I configure the system_filter from:
ftp.exim.org/pub/filter/system_filter
that all rejected mails move to an folder on my filesystem and a
standartmessage will return to the senderaddress of the rejected
mail.
Does anybody know how I have to do this ???
