Maybe you want to change this to warn about Exim reloading itself to do
many tasks and thus reading the new config file at times. There are
deamons I change the config file and wait before HUPing them because I
want them to keep the old config for a certain time, this wouldn't work
with Exim (depending of the config change of course), need to make change
to a second file and move it when ready.
