We use inputs.orbz.org (open relays) and
http://www.spews.org (rather radical
list of IP blocks seen to be spam friendly) as of now, in addition to our
internal blocklist (which has a mess of various things - dialup pools, open
proxies, spam sources we have hassles with etc)
