If thats how you suggest you defend against it you would find it far
more effective to just shut down your MTA - no more mail bourne viruses
and you are completely RFC compliant.

The filter on the exim web site contains a construct to kill that virus.

You will also find some sites (sourceforge?) will refuse mail from you
if they cannot probe back with a null sender probe.
